Bathroom Renovations
Full master bathroom renovation
Thomas Manor Guest Bathroom Renovation
This is a standard guest bathroom that was completely renovated. Floors, Vanity and toilet were all upgraded. the tub insert was replaced with a much deeper tub with a custom dezigned tile surround.
Thomas Manor Full Master Bath Remodel
Here we have the master bathroom that had a standard tub and walk in shower. The floor and walls were completely redone. The tub space was converted to a huge walk in shower and the original shower was converted to a closet space. The vanity was shortened in order to move the toilet and extend the shower. The entire shower was custom dezigned from the ground up. A wall with several niche's was built to enclose the shower with no need for a door or curtain.
L.H. Home Renovation
This is a moderate renovation that included many small projects starting with the flooring. Almost the entire home was redone with Trucor Navajo Oak, a solid core floating floor. The baseboard was custom stained and routed from 1x4 soft wood to accent this floor. This project also included replacing the tub insert in the guest bathroom. Tile was done above the insert to match the master shower. The master shower was also renovated. The shower pan was extended to add space and done in Travertine stone tile with a tile linear drain. The Valve wall also included a custom Zia layout across from a custom niche.
Tub to Shower Conversion
Here we took a space with a standard tub and surround and completely renovated it into a walk in shower with a bench. Everything was custom dezigned and built. This shower eventually got a sliding glass door.
Walk in Shower Renovation
This is a standard walk in shower renovation. It included demolition on the existing tile and shower pan. The niche was placed in the only space that would allow it. The walls are standard 12x24 tile. The pan and band are decorative river rock.
